Ballard FC Match Ticket Holders,

We are so excited to host you at Memorial Stadium for today's USL2 match against Lane United!

We wanted to send over some important details ahead of the match so please read through this email closely:

• Gates open at 1:30pm! We highly recommend arriving early to beat the food truck lines, grab a pre-match beer, watch the players warm up, and help us avoid a major pre-match rush. 
• In celebration of Youth Day, we will have face painters during the pre-match and free stickers upon entrance for all youth wearing a soccer jersey. We also encourage all youth to stick around after the match to meet the players and get autographs and photos!
• Tickets are still available! Let's pack the house for this match! Spread the word, tickets can be purchased HERE.

• Parking is extremely limited, we highly encourage you to arrive early and/or take the Reuben's Shuttle or King County Metro. 
• Memorial Stadium is a card-only facility. 
• Food: Today we have the Dick's Drive-In Food Truck, Kathmandu Momocha, Kottu, Mainstay Provisions, and Seattle Pops!
• Don't forget about the BOGO game day slice deal at Pagliacci Pizza! Just show your ticket at any Pagliacci location serving slices today (excluding UW) and get a buy one get one slice deal. 
• Beer from Reuben's Brews is available in the beer garden! Please note that the beer garden is 21+ and is accessible through the main concourse. The garden is on the outside of the stadium due to SPS rules, please see our match day guide below for a visual.
• Merch: Gear up for the season! We have lots of merchandise available tonight including seat cushions, jerseys, t-shirts, hats, and more!
• Small bags only are allowed in the stadium and are subject to search upon entry.
• Read our Fan Code of Conduct so we can all ensure we are good Ballardians for the whole match day experience and see our Prohibited Items list to know what you can and cannot bring into the stadium. Note that filled water bottles are fine to bring in as water fountains are turned off at Memorial (this is a change in policy from Interbay).
• Tonight's Ballard Food Bank donation item is Granola Bars! Please considering bringing granola bars to donate to our neighbors in need.
• Have your tickets ready! You can either present the QR code on your phone or you can print your ticket PDF with QR code. Remember that if you purchased multiple tickets, your one QR code will scan for each ticket purchased!
• ADA Seating is available on the western side of the concourse. Our staff will help escort you there – just check in with us at the information booth up entry!
• Kids must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times. We love how family-friendly our match day environment is! However, we ask that you do not leave children unattended for their safety and out of respect for everyone else's experience. And a reminder no one is allowed on the field without permission.
• Be respectful of each other, our staff, the facilities, and HAVE FUN! 



Shuttle Riders: Please make sure you are outside of Reuben's Brews Taproom in Ballard and ready to board your shuttle at least five minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. The bus will be leaving on time! 

VIP Experience: For those that purchased the Town and Country Market VIP experience tickets, you will receive a separate email with more information.
