Official Player Tryouts for the National Premier Soccer League team Statesville Football Club. Tryouts are for the club's 2027 Season.

Before registering, please take a few minutes to read through the descriptions for each of our programs: the 1st Team (NPSL), the RL Team (NPSL Regional), and the Reserve Squad (UPSL Development Squad). Each one has its own commitment level and expectations, and knowing them ahead of time helps you and our coaches find the right fit. You can find them all at statesvillefootball.club/tryouts

Tryout Details:

Dates/ Times

• Friday December 11th 6:00pm start time - Location: Jennings Park
• Saturday December 12th 10:00am start time - Location: Jennings Park
• Sunday December 13th 3:00pm start time - Location: Statesville High School Greyhound Stadium, The Ville.

Friday December 11th: Check-in/ Introduction/ Start of Tryouts Phase 1 Friday will consist of the check-in process, an introduction to the club, our coaching staff and what is expected, including outlining the tryout process. Additionally, players will be split into groups to begin the first phase of the tryouts.

Saturday December 12th: Tryout Phase 2 This will be a full day of fitness testing, skill evaluation, tactical analysis, goalkeeper-specific training & showcase. This day will also conclude the first round of elimination.

Sunday December 13th: Tryout Phase 3 Game Day Successful players from Phase 2 will be invited to Phase 3, which will be a full match at the Statesville High Greyhound Stadium, 'The Ville', Home of SVFC. The game will be open to spectators, who will be able to purchase tickets at a reduced cost, giving the full feel of an NPSL league game day. In this Phase, the SVFC Coaching staff will evaluate all players who could potentially make the SVFC NPSL Tier 1 roster.

Participant Information:

All participants MUST meet the following standards.

• Minimum birth year of a 2010 (16 years old) or older.
• Should have an extensive playing experience
• Must be fully able to to play with no limitation at the time of tryouts
• Must be available of all 3 Tryout Phases

Cost:

$50.00 per participant (The purchase of your tryout spot is final and no refunds will be given).

• 2 complimentary tickets to a SVFC NPSL League home game.
